I have taken a few photos in my life that I absolutly love.
And I would take it extremely offensively if someone came along and made it better with all there brushes and textures and editing.
Which is what I do all the time. I edit just about ever picture I can get my hands on.
Even the ones that are already impeccable I try to make better.
What I want to know, is from the photographers point of few, does seeing your pictures that were already beautiful go from one thing to another in the hands of a kid with a photo editing program make you angry or make you proud.
Because as a person who edits pictures left and right, I also know I will only edit a good picture, so is it a form of flattery, or is it taking your talent of photography and removing the photography skills emphasis to take a deeper look at the editing skills?
